The Girls

The Girls EP

If you’re into energetic Rock’n’Roll from the land of Jesus, Moses and Gene Simmons – look no further. It’s as if The Rolling Stones, PJ Harvey, Television, The Undertones and The Pretenders all had sex and THE GIRLS are their love child. At times melodic, at times fast and loud, but always sure to kick an ass or two, THE GIRLS are soon to become your favorite new band. With eclectic references to Punk, New Wave, Metal, ‘60s Garage and ‘70s Hard Rock, THE GIRLS feel like a breath of fresh air as apposed to other bands, that suck.

Following a six week trek around classic Europe and a support slot for the Godfathers of Punk Rock, Iggy Pop and the Stooges, the Girls are coming to the UK in late September(2006).
